The 2^nd day of SС D2 Colloquium CIGRE «Information Systems and Telecommunications» 21 September 2017) continued with a discussion of priority issues: «Software platforms for control of distributed energy resources (DER)» and «Resilience to cyber threats of information and telecommunication systems in the power industry».

September 22 was a concluding day of the International Colloquium SC D2 CIRGE – 2017. It was dedicated to the reports of foreign experts, besides the program included the Round Table on cybersecurity and the technical visit to the Dispatch Center of SO UPS.

On 16 August 2016 a joint seminar of Study Committees B5 and D2 of RNC CIGRE took place at PAO "FSK EES". Seminar subject: "Application of the synchronized vector measurement technology for monitoring and management tasks of the electricity United Electricity Network of Russia "

The visit of CIGRE Secretary General Philippe Adam to Moscow is expected to last from the 18^th till the 21 of September.

Synopses of the reports selected for the Study Committee D2 Colloquium-2017 are now available on the official Subcommittee D2 of RNC CIGRE website. The Colloquium will take place in Moscow from the 20^th to the 22^nd of September 2017.

The official opening ceremony of the International Colloquium of the Study Committee (SC) D2 CIGRE was held on 20 September 2017 in Moscow. This key event in the field of information technologies for the electric power industry takes place in Moscow from 20 to 22 September 2017 and brings together representatives from energy companies, equipment manufacturers, scientific, technical and engineering organizations from all over the world. The Colloquium calls on them to exchange knowledge and share experience through particular results of introducing of practical developments in the industry.

Acceptance of synopses and applications for participation in the international Colloquium of the Study Committee D2 of CIGRE is now closed. The event will take place from 20^th to 22^nd of September 2017 in Moscow.

The International SC D2 Colloquium took place in Moscow from the 18^th to the 22^nd of September 2017. This key sectorial event focusing on information systems and telecommunication was held in Russia for the first time and attracted over 150 experts from 26 countries around the world.

During the CIGRE summarizing conference that took place on the 21^st of March 2017 at JSC Research and Development Center at Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System subcommittees D2 and A3 of RNC CIGRE have signed an official partnership agreement. The subcommittees were represented by RTSoft General Director Ms. Olga Sinenko and Mr. Igor Kosolapov, head of subcommittee A3, General Director of and Development Center at Federal Grid Company.
